  1. Are your items produced in limited quantities?
    Yes. Every piece I design is produced in small quantities. I believe in creating garments that feel rare and intentional. Once a design sells out there is no guarantee it will be restocked.
  2. Is the Furious Denim jacket made to order?
    Yes. Furious Denim jackets are made to order. Each piece is produced after your order is placed to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
  3. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete from the date of purchase. This includes production, quality inspection, and shipping preparation.
  4. Will I receive updates about my order?
    Yes. You will receive updates throughout the process including order confirmation and shipping notification once your order is on the way.
  5. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. Free shipping is included on all orders. There are no hidden fees.
  6. What is your return policy?
    All sales are final due to the limited and made to order nature of our garments. However we do allow size exchanges if the requested size is available. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to request a size exchange.
  7. Why are the pieces limited?
    Haus of Hexla is built around exclusivity and craftsmanship. Each release is produced in small quantities to maintain quality and ensure every piece remains special.
  8. Can sold out items be restocked?
    Some pieces may never return once sold out. Occasionally a design may return in a future release but it is never guaranteed.
  9. Can I track my package?
    Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
  10. Can I make changes to my order?
    If you need to change your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After production begins changes may no longer be possible.
  11. Do you offer custom garments?
    At this time custom pieces are not available. All garments are released as part of limited collections.
  12. Can I purchase items as a gift?
    Yes. If your order is a gift you may leave a note at checkout and we will include a personalized message in the package.
